Seeking an easier-to-use, more modern solution that would improve productivity in the office and in the field, All Star transitioned to Seed Office from a traditional Vending Management System (VMS) provider they had used for many years.
With the move to Seed Office, All Star’s vending drivers now use Seed Mobile™, the easy-to-use driver handheld app for Apple iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPad devices, to boost driver efficiency and lower equipment costs. All Star’s finance department now uses Seed Office to count money, track cash accountability, calculate commissions, report on sales and financials, and other back-office tasks. All Star’s service department now uses Seed Office to proactively detect machine problems, to record service calls from customers, and to dispatch work to technicians with Seed Office’s easy, web-based drag-and-drop dispatch interface. All Star’s warehouse department now uses Seed Office to track receiving, manage inventory, and to ensure end-to-end product accountability.
