Specific Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Gain an understanding of the marketplace to develop and manage our unique and different value propositions.

Specific Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Managing, supporting and implementing the daily and annual usage of the marketing automation platform (MAP).
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers through the buying journey.
  • Managing the database funnel and integration of customer information from the CRM system to marketing automation (Salesforce to Marketo).
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM (keyword, image optimization), PPC, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

IoT Firmware Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior firmware engineer to help us populate the internet of things by making devices that connect to currently isolated machines. You’ll be writing the firmware that will connect remote machines/assets to the cloud and ultimately to their owners. We also do payments and you’ll be writing the code that ensures we process credit card transactions securely.

This position requires expertise in a breadth of firmware technologies from ‘bare metal’ programming to fully implemented real time OS environments. The successful candidate must have experience doing application level design, contributing to hardware system definition and must have a broad experience in the embedded systems technology space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop firmware for devices that interface to other wise isolated machines, like vending machines, pool filtration systems or arcade games, to connect those machines to the internet
  • Develop firmware for taking credit card payment data, encrypting it and transmitting it to processors for purchase authorization

Specific Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in embedded firmware design and development
  • Lightweight OS experience (Free/Open RTOS, Rtxc, Cmx, Micrium, Usmartx, uC/OS, zwos)
  • 4+ years experience in C
  • Experience doing hands-on board bringup

Role Overview:

Cantaloupe’s Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) are expected to engage and partner with Vending Machine prospects and clients – showing them how they can improve their businesses by leveraging technology to enhance key metrics from the customers’ operations through a proven change-management process. The role requires the ability to develop and explain a business solution using a return on investment (ROI) approach including the ability to discuss with the client their business strategy, change management and key levers for P&L and their impact.

Since Cantaloupe is a team-oriented, fast-paced, customer satisfaction, business environment, the RSD needs to be a self-starter, intelligent, highly goal-oriented and driven to succeed.  This includes excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop long-term client relations and effectively close opportunities.  Must have the ability to work with other Cantaloupe team members to develop client presentations, proposals and negotiate contracts.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business and Sales Operations Manager who will lead a small team and manage key business processes. This person will work closely with the Sales, Finance, Product and Support teams to ensure that prospective and existing customers have a great quote-to-cash experience. This person will also be relied on to design new systems and processes and improve operational efficiency and performance to meet the demands of a scaling business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales to review deals/contracts and ensure customers and services are set up accordingly
  • Manage team responsible for order processing and customer setup/configuration
  • Analyze data and create reports for sales and senior management
  • Serve as the operations “go-to-person” for all channel partners. Work closely with the channel partners to ensure customers and services are configured properly
  • Work closely with Contract Manufacturing partner to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
